The 5K course starts and ends near the Campbell Community Center. Participants will run/walk on the south bank bike path and then cross the Frohnmayer footbridge. They will travel through Alton Baker Park and down the road towards the boat ramp to get back onto the bike path. Participants will then cross the DeFazio bridge and head to the finish!

The 10K course will start the same as the 5K course. Once 10K runners and walkers reach the DeFazio bridge (around Mile 2.5), they will continue northwest on the bike path. Near the Valley River Center, they will turn around and head back to the DeFazio bridge, where they will cross the river towards the finish!
